The championship features a field of 64 teams. Thirty-one conference champions earn automatic qualification, while the remaining spots are filled at-large by the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Committee.

The bracket for the 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship will be announced before the first round of competition.

First Round | November 15, 16, or 17, 2024

Thirty-two single-elimination matches will take place at non-predetermined campus sites. The winners of these games will advance to the second round.

Second and Third Rounds | November 22 and 24, 2024

The second and third rounds will occur at eight non-predetermined campus sites. At each site, four teams will compete in a single-elimination format during the second round. The two winning teams from each site will then face off in the third round, with the victors moving on to the quarterfinals.

Quarterfinals | November 29 or 30, 2024

Four single-elimination quarterfinal matches will be held at non-predetermined campus locations. The winners of these quarterfinals will advance to the championship final site.

The 2024 NCAA Division I Women's College Cup will take place at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina. Two semifinal matches will occur on Friday, December 6, 2024. The winners of these games will then compete in the national championship match on Monday, December 9, 2024.
