Match rounds: 11 (Regular season)
Format: In the first stage, all teams play each other in an one-match system (11 rounds in total). After that, the top six teams qualify to the Championship round and the bottom six teams to the Relegation round.
Championship Round: Each team plays each other two times (at home / away). It determines the champion and prize-winners, as well as the team that will participate in UWCL 2022/23.
Relegation Round: Each team plays each other two times (at home / away). It determines the teams that will leave the Premier league.
Relegation: Bottom two teams in the Relegation round relegate to First League (1 Ліга). The 10th placed team plays two transition matches with the 3d placed team from the First League.
Promotion: Top two teams from First League (1 Ліга). The 3d placed team in First League plays two transition matches with the 10th placed team from Vyscha Liga.
UWCL qualification: The league champion
