ABOUT  SUPER LIGA ŽENE

The Serbian Women's Super League was established in 2006 and has since become the top tier of women's football in Serbia. The league originally started with a smaller number of teams but has expanded over the years.

League Format:
The league operates in a round-robin format, with teams playing each other twice—once at home and once away. Points are awarded for wins and draws, and the team with the most points at the end of the season is crowned champion. The league also includes a relegation system, where the lowest-performing teams may be relegated to lower divisions.

Most Successful Team:

ŽFK Spartak Subotica holds the record for the most championships in the league's history, 13 titles.
