The 2024 CAF Women's Champions League marks the 4th edition of the premier annual African women's club football competition, organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

This year, the tournament will take place in Morocco, with matches scheduled between 9 and 23 November 2024.

The winners of this edition will secure an automatic spot in the group stage of the following year's competition.

Mamelodi Sundowns are the defending champions, having claimed the title in the 2023 edition.

Qualified Teams

Qualification was determined through regional sub-confederation tournaments. Each sub-confederation sends one representative to the group stage. Mamelodi Sundowns, as the reigning champions, automatically qualified for the group stage.
